While we did have a couple of late snow days this year, it's been unseasonably warm. In fact, one of our flowering pears no longer has flowers and the other is in mid-blossom. I also noticed the other day that the yellow tea roses (or whatever they are) are already blooming.
Fortunately (the pessimist I'm married to would say it might be unfortunately), the obnoxious loud people who were renting next door moved out. Now the house is up for lease again. Please let it be someone without kids!
